Again with the new management, changes were being made
...some of them didn't last long.
Dennis Waters was brought in to clean up the music & promotions
which were being taking for granite, at least until the next ARB came out.
Dennis was there less than a year and did much to keep the station on track
...but the die was cast and the beginning of the end was near.
