This page started out to be pictures of memorabilia from the Great 98.
Then we thought there's so much to be shown from various other stations
as well as the tid bits we get from contributors.
So, The Gallery is open to all...
Welcome!

If you remember the WRC Dollhouse you go way back...OK...you're old!

I remember the house was set up every December in Hyattsville, MD, in front of
the barber shop that my dad would take me to for my Christmas haircut.
It was within walking distance from where we lived and not far from the WRC transmitter
on Ager Road.
Some 20 years later when I was working for the Peacock, one of the saddest things
I remember seeing was the rotting remains of the small red and white 6x6 shed that
used to have Marines collecting toys and placing them into the already overflowing
Dollhouse.
An occasional appearance by Ed and Willard was also always a treat!

Thanks to Bob Bell for the above

As most people in radio, collectables start mounting up in attics, basements and other bizarre locations.  The items collected can also bring about raised eye brows from spouses and friends who always seem to ask, "What are you saving that for?"
Well now we have the answer....To Display It On The Web.
