Joe Cipriano
was on mid-day.  It was always a pleasure to work with Joe.  He was young, energetic and a bit naive.  Coming to Washington, DC from Connecticut,  Joe was a rock 'n roller and knew every Top 40 catch phrase...and he was only about 21 years old.  He also hosted The Bong Show which was a take off of TV's Gong Show.  It was held weekly above The Italian Garden in College Park, MD.
